ACTING!
Juan was was selected as member of the 2021 Intensive Ensemble instituted by Off-Broadway's Labyrinth Theater Company. There he explored his skills in acting, movement, and writing.
Roles of note include Little Brother in The Leopard Play at Steep Theatre. (The Leopard Play - Jeff Award for Best Ensemble)

He is graduate of North Central College, with a degree in theatre performance.

COMEDY!
Juan is 2022 Bob Curry Fellow at The Second City. There he explored skills in sketch writing, performance, and improvisation. The fellowship culminated in the showcase performance: Call Me By My Actual Name.
Juan is a three-time finalist at the Take a Shot Stand Up Competition at My Buddy's Chicago. He has also performed comedy solo shows at Davenport's Piano Bar and Steep Theatre's Boxcar Bar.
